What we ask for, and what we never do with it.
The tools on this site work without an account and without ads. This page says exactly what happens to anything you type here — and what we make certain is never recorded.
What you send us when you use a form
The case review, referral, and call-back tools send only what you type: a name, a phone number, and whatever you choose to add. Each submission goes to our nurse team so we can call you back — it is delivered to our care coordination inbox and kept in a submission record on our server so nothing is lost. It is used to respond to you and for nothing else.
- No account is created. There is nothing for you to log into and nothing for you to delete. The only thing kept in your browser is the measurement cookie described further down.
- Nothing is sold or shared for marketing. Submissions go to Alara’s clinical team only.
- Please keep clinical records out of the forms. When care begins, medical records are handled through secure clinical channels, not this website.
Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA and handled in our clinical systems. This website is the front door, not the medical record.
The estimators and the Navigator
The impairment estimator and the other calculators run entirely on your device. There is no submission. Nothing you enter is sent to Alara as a record, nothing is attached to your name, and nobody calls you because you used one. They ask for nothing private — no diagnosis, no claim number, no contact details — so there is nothing about you for them to keep.
The benefit Navigator works that way for its two questions: what you pick stays on your device, and it asks for no diagnosis and no claim number. It then offers to send your case to our nurse team. That last step is the only part that sends anything, and only if you fill it in and press the button — it sends the name, phone number and optional email you typed, together with the two answers you picked, and opens a case so a nurse can call you back. If you never press it, nothing about you leaves your device. Separately, an anonymous count of which options people choose is kept, with nothing you type in it.
The usage measurement described below does see which screens visitors reach and where they stop, the same as on any other page. Because these tools never ask who you are, that measurement has no name to attach it to.
How we see where people get stuck
To learn which questions matter most to families, the site records anonymous events — for example, “a visitor opened the care-hours guide” or “someone started a case review.” These events contain no name, no phone number, and no email.
The site also uses Microsoft Clarity, a measurement tool that shows us how the pages are really used: what people click, how far they read, and where a form goes wrong. It sets a cookie so that a repeat visit counts as the same visitor instead of a new one, and Microsoft receives your IP address as part of running it. We use this to fix the site, and for nothing else. There is no Google Analytics and no Facebook pixel.
If you arrive from an advertisement, the site keeps the click identifier that brought you here — a code the search engine adds to the web address, along with the campaign name. We keep it so we can tell which advertisements reach families who actually need care, and stop paying for the ones that do not. It stays in a cookie in your browser for 90 days, and if you later send us a form, it is saved alongside that message. When you send a form, we tell Google that an advertisement led to a message — the fact of it, and nothing about you. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or anything you typed to Google or Microsoft. We have turned off the setting that would let Google use your visit to personalise the advertisements you see elsewhere. We do not sell what we collect.
Screens where the whole point is a health or benefit answer are not measured at all. The case review, the referral, the call-back form, the work-history check (including the version for former firefighters), and the benefit-navigator quiz all switch the measurement tool off before it loads. Blanking out a text box is not the same as staying away from the page — on these screens, no recording of the visit is made in the first place. The two paid-search landing pages get the same treatment. And the staff side of AlaraOS, where real patient information lives, has no measurement on it at all.
Calling or emailing us
If you call (702) 814-9630 or email referrals@alarahomecare.com, that conversation lives in our phone and email systems like any call or message to a clinic, and is used to coordinate your care.
Questions
Ask us directly. Call (702) 814-9630 or write to referrals@alarahomecare.com and a member of our team will answer.
