Members outside the New York area receive care through the Program's Nationwide Provider Network — it serves every state, including Nevada. Moving here changed your zip code, not your coverage.
You can enroll today, twenty-five years later. And conditions that develop now — cancers often do — can still be certified and covered. If you were there and you're sick, it's not too late.
No copays, no deductibles, no out-of-pocket costs for medically necessary treatment of certified WTC-related conditions. If you've been paying for care related to a certified condition, something's wrong — call us.

Nurse-owned in-home care for members whose certified conditions need it — delivered in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada, when prescribed by your physician and approved by the Program. COPD, cancer recovery, mobility, daily support.

I moved to Vegas years ago. Did I lose my benefits?
No. The Nationwide Provider Network exists exactly for members outside New York. Your benefits are here with you — many members just never learned how to use them from Nevada.
I was never enrolled. Is it too late?
No. There's no deadline to enroll, and conditions that developed years later can still be certified. The paperwork has rules; that's what we help with, free.
What will care cost me?
Medically necessary treatment for certified conditions costs members nothing — no copays, no deductibles. Our enrollment help and benefits mapping are free too.
Is the Victim Compensation Fund part of this?
It's a separate program that pays compensation for certified conditions. Claims there are usually filed by specialized attorneys whose fees are capped by law. We don't file VCF claims — but we'll tell you if it looks like you're leaving that door unopened, and what kind of help to seek. How the two programs differ →
Can Alara be my home care provider under the Program?
Members can nominate a provider to the Nationwide Provider Network — if you want us, ask the Program to add us, or call and we'll do it together. Home care is provided when prescribed by your physician and approved by the Program for your certified condition.
