What this website knows about you, and what it never asks.
The tools on this site work without an account and without ads. This page says exactly what happens to anything you type here — and what we make certain is never recorded.
What you send us when you use a form
The case review, referral, and call-back tools send only what you type: a name, a phone number, and whatever you choose to add. Each submission goes to our nurse team so we can call you back — it is delivered to our care coordination inbox and kept in a submission record on our server so nothing is lost. It is used to respond to you and for nothing else.
- No account is created. There is nothing for you to log into and nothing for you to delete. The only thing kept in your browser is the measurement cookie described further down.
- Nothing is sold or shared for marketing. Submissions go to Alara’s clinical team only.
- Please keep clinical records out of the forms. When care begins, medical records are handled through secure clinical channels, not this website.
Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA and handled in our clinical systems. This website is the front door, not the medical record.
The estimators and the Navigator
The benefit Navigator, the impairment estimator, and the other calculators run entirely on your device. There is no submission. Nothing you enter is sent to Alara as a record, nothing is attached to your name, and nobody calls you because you used one. They ask for nothing private — no diagnosis, no claim number, no contact details — so there is nothing about you for them to keep.
The usage measurement described below does see which screens visitors reach and where they stop, the same as on any other page. Because these tools never ask who you are, that measurement has no name to attach it to.
How we see where people get stuck
To learn which questions matter most to families, the site records anonymous events — for example, “a visitor opened the care-hours guide” or “someone started a case review.” These events contain no name, no phone number, and no email.
The site also uses Microsoft Clarity, a measurement tool that shows us how the pages are really used: what people click, how far they read, and where a form goes wrong. It sets a cookie so that a repeat visit counts as the same visitor instead of a new one, and Microsoft receives your IP address as part of running it. We use this to fix the site, and for nothing else. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, and no advertising tracker here. Nothing on this site is used to target ads at you, and nothing is sold.
What the measurement is never allowed to see. Every form that asks who you are — the case review, the referral, and the call-back — is masked. The worker’s name, where they worked, the years, the illness, and your contact details are blanked out inside your own browser before any measurement leaves it. Clarity can show us that someone stopped at question three. It can never show us who they were, or what they had written. And the staff side of AlaraOS, where real patient information lives, has no measurement on it at all.
Calling or emailing us
If you call (702) 814-9630 or email referrals@alarahomecare.com, that conversation lives in our phone and email systems like any call or message to a clinic, and is used to coordinate your care.
Questions
Ask us directly. Call (702) 814-9630 or write to referrals@alarahomecare.com and a member of our team will answer.
