Start your White Card case review.

If you worked at the Nevada Test Site, a DOE site, or an atomic-weapons plant — in any job — the White Card can pay for skilled home health for life, at no cost to you. Answer a few questions and a nurse reviews whether it can be opened for you. No claim forms, and nothing here is a determination of eligibility.

To start a case review, email the worker's name, where they worked, the years, and the illness to referrals@alarahomecare.com, or call a nurse at (702) 814-9630.
