What the Resource Center does.
- Helps you file EEOICPA claims and complete forms.
- Tells you where your claim stands and what your deadlines are.
- Explains your medical benefits and helps resolve billing issues on accepted conditions.
- Assists with prior authorization paperwork for home health, equipment, and travel.
(702) 697-0841. Free. Provider-neutral by policy — the DOL does not endorse or recommend any home health company, so the Resource Center will never steer you. That neutrality is exactly what makes it trustworthy.

Does using the Resource Center cost anything, ever?
